Thaimaa
Thailand, officially the Kingdom of Thailand, lies in South-East Asia, bordering Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia and Myanmar. It was formerly known as Siam. The country boasts varied landscapes, from the Chao Phraya lowlands to mountain ranges crowned by Doi Inthanon (2595 m above sea level). Popular islands include Phuket and Ko Samui. With its tropical climate, Thailand draws visitors with warm temperatures all year round, though the best time to go is November to February, when it is cooler and dry.
