Lentokenttä Berlin Brandenburg Willy Brandt

Terrible

My luggage has been lost and they haven't been able to find it for 5 days. The worst trip of my life.

I was guided in wrong check in-causing missed my original flight

I am outraged at paying 60 euros for each small bag. There were 5 small bags for the 7 passengers. I live and learn, and I will not recommend this airline to any Brazilian.

Super

Odprawa bagażowa przebiegła bardzo pomyślnie, miła i pomocna obsługa. Spełniła nasze prośby i oczekiwania.

Niby nowe a state

Słabo oznaczone wewnatrz

Wszystko w miarę ok.Jeden problem-zaginął mój bagaż rejestrowany i do chwili obecnej brak informacji pomimo zgłoszenia w Berlinie

Schody i chodniki ruchome, toalety

Niektóre schody ruchome i chodniki ruchome nieczynne. Brak toalet przy holu wejście/wyjście z terminala nr 1/2

Dobrze oznakowane, szybka odprawa
