Pristina
Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, lies in the north-east of the country, in the scenic Dinaric Mountains. It is the largest city in the Kosovo Field region, surrounded by hills rising to 700 m above sea level. With more than 200 thousand inhabitants, Pristina is the cultural and administrative centre of Kosovo. You will find landmarks here such as the Carshi Mosque and the Ethnographic Museum. Its continental climate makes spring and autumn the best periods to visit, when temperatures are moderate.
